Project History
Vintage Heights
640 Acres—2,200 Single Family lots and Retail.
A thriving neighborhood located in an area bounded by 84th and 98th streets and Old Cheney Road and Pine Lake on 600 acres with more than 40 acres of common area green space. Vintage Heights is located close to local schools (Kloefkorn Elementary and Lincoln Christian School), restaurants (Fireworks, Slim Chickens, Dunkin’ Donuts and more), and shopping. Vintage Heights offers a family-friendly atmosphere which can be enjoyed by all ages. The Home Owner’s Association holds several community events during the year. The development includes access to bike and walking trails that extend to downtown Lincoln. The neighborhood city park, Mendoza Park, includes a playground, exercise equipment, basketball court, and a pavilion.

Williamsburg Village 40th
Located on the southwest corner of 40th Street and Old Cheney Road. Williamsburg Village is Lincoln, Nebraska’s first and finest master planned community. The development is a diverse mix of business and retail, office, and residential apartments on 320 acres - all in a colonial architectural theme.

Stone Bridge Creek
Located north of Interstate 80 and east of North 14th Street. This development consisted of 700 multi-family housing units. Over 1,000 acres of residential, retail, and commercial development.

North Creek
Located on the intersection of I-80 and North 27th Street. Lincoln’s first auto mall, mixed use retail office warehouse, and all types of residential. There were also motels and restaurants developed on the site.
