  • HOA Dues Paid at Closing – $1,200 Biannual or $2,400 Annual – Common Areas: Beaches, Lawn Care, Snow Removal, Raking Beaches, Playground, Pickleball Court, and Lake Management
  • Elected HOA Board to manage HOA after development is complete
  • Plan Review Fee – $750 per Townhome Unit, $1,500 per Single Family Lot
  • Facilties Fees paid to Still Water Lake at Closing - $1,200 per Single Family Lot and $1,630 per Townhome Lot
  • Buyer to install sidewalk and one tree on the street side of their lot
